The Landlord Academy Team has been experiencing allot of A/C problems at The Palms Apartments. We have window units at this location. We are trying to stay on top of the situation before we have to replace 3 or more units a month. At $350 a unit this can quickly become very costly! Damage in unit – tenant wants out of lease |

One of our tenants who pays on time and has not been a problem wants to move out...the reason is that she has had several maintenance problems in her unit. What makes this problem different than most is that the problems in her unit are not our fault. The plumbing was backed up from the mainline which caused her unit to back up and flood putting, well you know what, all over her bathroom floor and hallway and part of the living room carpet. |
