Our Educational Program Department provides quality workshops for landlords and investors that immediately help them in their daily business.
As the director of our educational program department and a national trainer, Laney is responsible for coordinating all of our speaking engagements, which includes our monthly workshops, FREE Landlord Roundtable Discussions, and guest speaking for other organizations. She works with associations to discover the needs of their members so Landlord Academy™ can present programs that are valuable and of immediate use to those who attend. She prepares workshop materials designed to share knowledge and often co-teaches along with Bryan at workshops. Laney also coordinates information for The Landlord Academy™ website. She welcomes suggestions, so feel free to contact her with any requests or if you are interested in having Landlord Academy™ conduct a program for you.

Laney has over eight years experience addressing the marketing needs of a Tampa law firm that offers strategic estate planning and asset protection processes. She has led national programs teaching system creation techniques, communication skills and many other skills. Her experience in coordinating programs and meeting the needs of clients well prepared her for helping The Landlord Academy™ produce seminars and workshops of exceptional value.
