Our Bilingual Communications Department bridges the gap between English speaking landlords and Spanish speaking tenants. Jose Rosa, CBC, is a Certified Bilingual Communicator and the Director of Bilingual Communications for The Landlord Academy™. Jose and his department help English-speaking landlords who rent to Spanish speaking tenants in their desire to protect their rental property. What is unique about our team is that we are the only company in Florida providing landlords with tools to deal with Spanish speaking tenants.

Jose serves as the vital link to bridge situations where a language barrier exists. He prepares products to assist both English speaking landlords who rent to Hispanic tenants and Hispanic landlords who need access to property management forms and systems they can easily understand. He provides much needed training programs in Spanish, including recent Fair Housing Tenant Awareness workshops for the City of Bradenton and Fair Housing Training programs for apartment staff for the SouthWest Area Apartment Association. Our Bilingual Department produces products in duplicate English/Spanish versions to allow landlords to rent to Spanish speaking tenants, but avoid confusion and costly mistakes. This allows landlords to overcome this obstacle and still provide excellent service to their tenants.
